Vodafone Fijiana XV Announces Squad for first Test Match Against Japan: Veidreyaki to Debut

Vodafone Fijiana XV Head Coach Mosese Rauluni has named his 23-member squad for the first of two test matches against Japan at home.

Aviame Veidreyaki is expected to make her debut off the bench.
Rauluni has named a strong front row with Ana Korovata as loosehead prop, Litia Marama as hooker, and the experienced Vika Matarugu as tighthead prop.

In the second row is Doreen Narokete, who will partner with Mereoni Nakesa.

Nunia Uluikadavu comes in as blindside flanker and will pair up with Sulita Waisega at openside.

Fulori Nabura will be in the number 8 jersey.

The backline will see Evivi Senikarivi starting at halfback with Merewalesi Rokouono as fly-half.

Adita Milinia starts on the left wing and will pair up with Merewairita Neivoisa.

Leading the pack and starting at inside centre is Merewai Cumu, with speedster Atelaite Buna on the outside. Completing the starting 15 is Luisa Tisolo at fullback.

Providing cover on the bench are Keleni Marawa at hooker, with youngsters Loraini Senivutu and Tiana Robanakadavu as cover for prop.

Serevi and debutant Aviame Veidreyaki will cover for the locks.
Setaita Railumu is the back-up halfback, and Sala Kinita will cover for fly-half.
